Decision-moment Advisory
SELECTED ENGAGEMENTS
When a current decision calls for independent strategic intelligence.
Strategic Brand Intelligence applied at the decision moments where intangible value drivers carry material weight: sell-side mandates being prepared for market, acquisitions being evaluated under investment committee scrutiny, exits where the strategic narrative requires independent assessment, post-acquisition integrations where the transferability of advantage shapes the value protection plan, and fundraising preparations where the credibility of the growth story determines the valuation it can sustain.
The work informs the decision rather than replacing it. It produces intelligence on the layer that financial diligence references but rarely isolates — prepared in the format the specific decision requires, on the timeline the decision allows.
FRAMEWORK IN DEAL CONTEXT
The four-pillar framework applies in deal contexts with specific weight on transferability of advantage under new ownership, integration complexity, and post-deal value protection: Brand and Reputation Equity, Market Relevance and Strategic Fit, Commercial and Marketing Maturity, and Strategic Growth Enablers.
The full framework, its sub-elements, and the indicative scope of each pillar are described under Approach.
ENGAGEMENT FORMATS
Five engagement formats apply across decision contexts. One-off Assessment for discrete pre-deal due diligence or pre-funding review against a defined decision moment. Exit Readiness Review for founders or principals preparing for sale, fundraising, or strategic transition. Investor-Ready Narrative for strengthening the credibility of the growth story before investor scrutiny. Monthly and Quarterly Advisory for ongoing strategic intelligence on portfolio companies and multi-brand holdings. Brand Performance Review for independent assessment of positioning and growth credibility for senior leadership reviewing portfolio underperformance, growth plateaus, or repositioning decisions where the strategic question precedes any transaction.
The full description of each format and the selection criteria are described under Approach.
Sponsorship and reliance
Deal-context engagements can be structured under different sponsorship models depending on who carries the decision ownership and who expects to rely on the output — buy-side, sell-side, shared, or reliance-ready sponsorship. A short working note outlining the common models is available for deal teams to review internally.

The most consequential decisions are shaped long before they become visible.
